About Trade Master

Trade Master is being built as a contractor-first aggregate delivery partner for Metro Phoenix. The goal is simple: make it easier to get the right material, to the right job, with fewer surprises.

Why Trade Master exists

Across the market, contractors see the same patterns:

• Opaque pricing – bundled numbers that hide how much is material vs delivery.
• Wrong material risk – minus vs screened vs washed confusion, wet vs dry appearance surprises, and batch-to-batch variation.
• Scheduling friction – phone-tag, unclear delivery windows, and last-minute changes that derail job flow.

Trade Master is designed to address those patterns with structured estimates, clear expectations, and a dispatch workflow that focuses on job-site reality.

How we work with contractors

Trade Master is not a self-serve app that pretends estimates are final. Instead:

• Estimates are structured by job-site address with split-display pricing (material per ton, delivery, tax/fuel notes).
• Dispatch remains the source of truth for final pricing and delivery windows; every request is reviewed before a truck is loaded.
• Wrong-rock prevention is built in through education (minus vs screened vs washed, wet vs dry) and confirmation checklists.
• Access and safety are part of the conversation, not an afterthought—delivery prep, site constraints, and special handling are discussed up front.

As more data and feedback come in, Trade Master will continue to evolve. Future phases may include a full address-based zone and fee engine, contractor accounts, and better proof-of-delivery visibility—all built on the same contractor-first foundation.
